Description
Clean Approaches for ADHD Coaches is a unique, experiential course designed to equip coaches with practical, evidence-informed tools for working with ADHD clients. Drawing on the precision of Clean Language and the power of metaphor, this course will help you to identify and navigate internal states, patterns of procrastination, and the structure of drama. Through a blend of demonstration, discussion and peer practice, you'll learn how to model states like regulation, dysregulation, learning and action — and discover how these insights can unlock meaningful change for your clients.
Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, this course will deepen your capacity to listen cleanly, ask powerfully simple questions, and hold space for transformative insight. You'll leave with a comprehensive workbook full of your own and others’ metaphors, a toolkit of #DramaFree coaching strategies, and the confidence to meet ADHD clients exactly where they are — with clarity, compassion, and creativity.
If you attend this course and do the required homework, you can earn 10 CCEs from the ICF (International Coaching Federation): 8 x Core Competencies and 2 Resource Development.
