Qualified Coaches & Facilitators
Systemic Modelling Facilitators - Master Level
Master Level facilitators are able to use foundation and professional level skills as well as being able to train a group to develop these skills to use independently by themselves. This means they can think through a clear purpose for a group session, set a congruent frame, construct an effective starting question, train the attention of the group so that all voices are heard, encourage the group to ask one another clean and clean-ish questions and close with consideration for the next steps - all so that the group forms an intelligent network of attention around the topic, uncovering learnings as they emerge.
Systemic Modelling Facilitators - Professional Level
Professional Level facilitators can consistently support groups to become interested in one another's contributions, form networks around a variety of topics, use the basic Systemic Modelling tools to help groups to communicate more effectively, help teams to detect and unpack drama or conflict in-the-moment, and support groups to achieve their goals. They have usually completed 2-3 years of study including taught sessions, peer practice and coaching in-the-moment with clients.

ICF accredited Clean Coaches
ICF accredited coaches have: undergone a rigorous coach training programme; received mentoring from a more experienced coach; completed between 100 and 2500 hours of coaching; and passed the ICF accreditation exam. All the coaches listed below have also chosen to work as clean coaches, which means that they are careful to keep the client's words intact and to ask questions which accept and extend their words, so that the client's patterns and structures are revealed to them. By establishing clear coaching contacts and working to help the client to model what is going on for them, the client can naturally come to their own conclusions and decide on their own actions.
Certified Clean Facilitators
These people have all trained in Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling and Clean Space and have reached the required standard to become Certified Clean Facilitators.
Clean Interviewers - Advanced
Advanced Interviewers are able to set a clear outcome for their research, explain a frame to their interviewee that sets the context, ask an appropriate starting question and to gather high quality data using clean and contextually clean questions. They can demonstrate that the data gathered in these interviews is generated by the interviewee and not by the interviewer. In addition, they are able to navigate the interview in an agile way, deliberately gathering specific categories of information appropriate to fulfil the outcome for the research. For example, to build an accurate model of an interviewees 1st-person experience, or to build a process for a specific experience that includes the beginning, middle and end. This skill is also known as clean language modelling applied in an interviewing, rather than a coaching, context.
