Søren Holm
Søren Holm coaches individuals and teams in Sweden and internationally. His focus is on leadership development at the intersection of personal and professional growth. He is known as a deep listener and steadfast advocate for his clients as well as bringing a wealth of experience and perspective.
Søren began coaching in 1997 and is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with ICF with thousands of hours of work with clients all over the world. He is also a sought after mentor coach.
Søren has trained extensively in symbolic and systemic modelling and with Lena Sobel has established Clean language in Sweden. With Marian Way they also developed the Clean Coach Certification Program that combines Clean Language with mainstream coaching approaches. Søren and Lena train coaches in Clean methods, run Clean training groups and work to promote the use of Clean approaches. Together they wrote the award winning book Coaching: The manager’s handbook.
