Siri O. Kvalø

Siri is a leader and ORSC-trained coach living in Oslo, Norway. She has a background as a social anthropologist working with a variety of organisations. Now she runs her own training company, Distilled, together with her partner John Inge. They also run clean trainings in Norway in collaboration with Caitlin Walker. 

Siri is passionate about making working life better. She works with organisations to create the conditions for self-organising teams with local ownership and engagement – while keeping focused on overall direction and results. Siri uses clean in both professional and private life to provide the conditions for collaboration, trust and personal development. 

She has completed clean trainings in Cleaning Up Team Dynamics, Creating #DramaFree Conversations, Clean for Teams and foundational Systemic Modelling, and she is now working towards her professional level.
