Ratha Ros

Ratha is a certified professional life and corporate coach. She discovered Clean in the French language. She then trained and was certified in Clean Coaching in France. At the same time, she also wanted to extend her experience of Clean to the English language, and more specifically to group facilitation. She now has a Systemic Modelling Foundation Level certificate.

Before becoming a coach, Ratha worked in the financial sector for over 22 years, including 5 years in the Ministry of Finance in Cambodia, notably for a World Bank project. She then worked for an international bank in Luxembourg for 17 years. She has lived in 3 countries for long periods and feels good wherever she travels. She is passionate about meditation (she practiced in monasteries in Asia for 3 to 6 months), neuroscience, and enjoys being in international environments because of the different ways of perceiving things.

Clean Coaching and Systemic Modelling are fascinating techniques for her because they limit the facilitator's assumptions, inferences and influences. They allow inner riches to be revealed while fully respecting the other person's internal space. Systemic Modelling is great for her because it creates a caring, respectful and playful space for welcoming differences in a group. The group sessions are wonderful moments of sharing and a space for free expression within a stimulating, open and curious group.

She proposes individual and group coaching and facilitation services. She is fluent in French and English, is based in Luxembourg and is connected to the world.
