Matthew Elphick
Matt is a facilitator, coach and learning and development expert based in Sydney, Australia.
Starting out as an outdoor instructor he learnt the power of experience in bringing about transformation. He has spent over 20 years developing managers, teams and groups in government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. For 10 years he lived in mainland Europe and has worked in over 30 different countries, giving him a deep understanding of different cultures as well as working with diverse and dispersed teams.
Matt loves the way Systemic Modelling brings insights by helping people raise awareness about themselves and those around them.
