Lucy Walker

Lucy works in the humanitarian and international development sectors, using Clean Language Interviewing (CLI) and other tools with diverse teams for systemic change. Lucy has completed an ILM diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, Systemic Modelling Foundation, and Basic CLI and has worked with Training Attention and Clean Learning to design, facilitate and evaluate projects.
Lucy is working in Germany with Doctors Without Borders, and has previously implemented a global transformative leadership program towards a more diverse movement to end human trafficking and labour exploitation, and convened organisations to collaborate to shift social norms to support an end to female genital cutting. Lucy co-founded the London Clean Language Practice Group, designing and delivering monthly coaching practice sessions for 3 years.
