Antonia Mann

Antonia Mann is a qualitative, design and futures researcher and strategist. As a researcher, she uses Clean Language to minimise interviewer influence while eliciting meaningful understanding of people’s experiences and opinions.

For design and futures work, she draws on Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge to assist individuals, leaders and groups in trusting their intuition and accessing their symbolic world to amplify their imagination.

Seeing the transformative potential of the Clean Language process convinced Antonia to train in a coaching capacity, leading to her gaining an ILM-endorsed accreditation in “Clean coaching for Leadership” in 2022.
