Anita used Clean Language Interviewing as a method for her Master’s thesis in Cognitive Science. For that she interviewed peers on the subjective experience of their thesis-writing process.
Anita is also a passionate Holistic Bodyworker. She integrates gentle touch with clean questions and partswork.
She is interested in education and supporting facilitation towards a more holistic instructional design.
She provides massage workshops and courses to unfold, get to know and connect with qualities of Self.
She accompanies people with curiosity and openness on the quest of self-discovery - not only with touch but also in online coaching sessions, mainly using Internal Family Systems informed partswork.
Her most magical moments are when people learn something new about themselves and gain insightful perspectives on their lives.
