Albéric Augeard

Albéric is an executive and team coach, supervisor, facilitator, and consultant who has been working with leaders and organisations across cultures for the last 30 years.

In his practice, Albéric is being recognised for creating safe spaces for change where leaders can increase their skills and self-awareness and take their leadership to the next level.

He is using the power of Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling to take individuals and organisations to the centre of what really matters, surfacing issues that need to be addressed, and working with emergence.

Albéric is also passionate about eldership and mentoring in communities, loves spending time in nature hiking trails, and other immersive activities such as yoga and dance.

In addition to being a Clean Language & Symbolic Modelling facilitator, Albéric is an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner in Mentoring & Coaching, a Certified Team Performance Coach™ (CTPC) and trained in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
