Cheryl has trained in Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling and Systemic Modelling and was instrumental in getting our Clean Language-based ILM Programme started in 2010. She has been a coac for 25 years and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and a Mindfulness Practitioner. She has spent the last 10 years working in the field of neurodiversity, building systemically inclusive workspaces.
Cheryl works as the Operations Director for a Yorkshire- based company which specialises in working with the National Crime Agency and Police Forces across the UK. This work provides Cheryl with the balance to work with HR and Occupational Health whilst having ample opportunities to work one to one with many of her own coaching clients.
Clean Language for Cheryl is like having a second person alongside, to listen out for and look out for the metaphors her clients are using to express their inner world. She has a lot of experience of working with Karpman's Drama Triangle and Clean Feedback at board level as a Director and supporting the Executive Committee of Leeds Community Foundation.
Cheryl also loves Clean Space, where a few words and some space allow her clients to think outside the box – which is where many neurominorities tell her they feel the most at home.
Cheryl trains on our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.

Cheryl was welcoming and well organised, always ready to go the extra mile. That made me feel that she was committed to the programme, and I thought that I would be able to enjoy learning. The impact was a valuable experience, and Cheryl’s confidence in me enabled my self-development.Marjorie Raymond, Occupational Psychologist
