Clean Marketing Lab

Our Clean Marketing Lab is not a typical marketing course. Instead of being taught by a marketing expert, this unique programme harnesses the power of Clean Language and Systemic Modelling to create a dynamic learning environment where every participant is both a learner and a contributor. Through collaborative exploration, shared insights, and practical research between sessions, you'll develop a deep, nuanced understanding of marketing that’s tailored to your needs. If you’re a coach or someone who uses Clean Language in your work, and you’re looking to refine your existing marketing strategies or explore new possibilities, this programme will help you to consider your beliefs around marketing and to evolve your marketing skills in a way that’s authentic, innovative, and grounded in real-world application.

The topics for this programme were generated through in-depth clean interviews with clean coaches who want to gain more clients and build their businesses by improving their marketing. During these interviews, they shared their personal challenges, needs, and desires related to marketing. By using Clean Language to capture their exact words and metaphors, their authentic experiences and aspirations, we know that the programme that is emerging will be aligned with what people like you would like to have happen.

Over the course of 16 fortnightly sessions, we will delve into the following themes, which have arisen from the interviews and there will also be space for the group to develop other themes of significance for them:

  • Vision and Clarity: Explore and articulate your vision for what you'd like to have happen in your marketing journey, gaining clarity on your niche and who you're marketing to.
  • Authentic Messaging: Learn how to articulate your marketing message clearly and authentically, in a way that feels non-salesy and true to who you are.
  • Developing Metaphors: Create and refine a metaphor that encapsulates the service you offer, making it easier to communicate your value to others.
  • Feedback and Reflection: Receive constructive feedback on your vision, niche, message, and metaphor from fellow participants, helping you refine and enhance your approach.
  • Overcoming Self-Doubt and Fear: Address any ‘blocks’ that make marketing feel like a boggy path, and develop strategies to deal with fear, self-doubt, and resistance.
  • Creating a Marketing Plan: Tackle the special challenges of marketing clean coaching by developing a structured marketing plan that aligns with your values and vision.
  • Consistency and Rhythm: Establish a sustainable marketing rhythm that avoids the grind and feels more like a meandering stream, allowing for regularity without forcing.
  • Navigating Technical Challenges: Overcome technical hurdles that may cause you to grind to a halt or go off on tangents, ensuring that your marketing efforts are effective and focused.
  • Money and Pricing: Discuss and explore the often-challenging topics of money and pricing, ensuring your offerings are valued appropriately.
  • Exploring Channels: Choose the marketing channels that best align with your skills and audience, whether it’s through social media, podcasting, blogging, or word of mouth.

The sessions are fortnightly so there’s time between sessions to put what you’re learning about yourself and your marketing efforts into practice, so you can do research and experiments, so you make the time for your marketing, and put it central to your business efforts. We will be using a private space on the Clean Campus for this programme, so the discussions can continue even when we are not together. We will also build in accountability and opportunities for co-working, encouraging you to connect with others in a way that lifts you up, creates momentum, and could lead to collaborative projects, ensuring that your marketing is not a lonely endeavour but a shared, enjoyable experience. Let’s think together about how we make marketing something we want to do—enjoyable, creative, and where we’re continually learning, surrounded by others who share a similar purpose.

Every session will be recorded and uploaded onto into the private group.
