A Rough Guide to Neurodiversity and Me
A 6-session ‘Structures for Living’ programme where you will embark on a personal journey, within a small, diverse group, to uncover the invisible architecture you use to process people, information and interactions. i.e. to learn more about your patterns and preferences.
- Uncover some models for how you work at your best and worst
- Understand your areas of flexibility and inflexibility
- What is masking? When do and when don't we want to be doing it?
- Learn how to advocate unapologetically for your needs
- Learn how to find out what reasonable adjustments you can offer to others
- Four facilitated sessions and two peer practice sessions

Autism, ADHD, sex and me
A 6-session ‘Structures for Living’ programme for uncovering how your processing affects the way you engage in relationships, particularly sexual ones.
- Led by Sex and Intimacy Coach, Lisa-Jane Szijarto, and Caitlin Walker - a specialist in Clean Language modelling.
- Extend your self-awareness so you can develop your own strategies for having psychologically safer and more satisfying sexual encounters.
- Four facilitated sessions and two peer practice sessions.

Inside Story: Strategic Direction
This Inside Story is centred around Caitlin's work with a small leadership team in community health, learning new skills and resolving past conflicts.
- Open to anyone actively engaged in Clean Language training, and/or actively applying Clean Language in their work.
- This Inside Story is about global strategy at an international NGO.
- 10 sessions + up to 5 bonus sessions.
- Sessions will be recorded and available on catch-up.

Living with your end in mind
A safe, curious and respectful space to consider your death, your ideas around death, plans and wishes and the life you'd like to have between now and then. Six sessions of facilitated group discussion, peer learning, insight and inspiration.

Making it Safe
A space for women to come together and be inspired by stories and strategies of how to make it safe when there is unwanted sexual attention. Six 1.5 hour sessions, which are customisable if needed, of facilitated group discussion and peer support, resulting in insights and inspiration.
- What signals let you know when you’re not safe?
- When feeling unsafe, what behaviours or actions make it safe for you?
- What kind of stories inspire you to make it safe for yourself and for others?
