What is the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring?

The Institute of Leadership and Management is the UK’s largest management body who set the standard for industry-recognised, accredited leadership and management qualifications. They offer a wide variety of qualifications at various levels, delivered by recognised providers all over the country.

Our Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring is based on clean approaches to change, along with other robust coaching methodologies to inspire capability in others and coach them for success. The Level 5 Certificate involves 6 days of face-to-face training, 15 hours of peer-group supervision, 12 hours coaching with clients and 3 written assignments. The Level 5 Diploma is similar, except the number of coaching hours is 100 and you will also be required to undertake 7 hours of supervision with one of the course trainers.
