At Clean Learning we encourage our clients to decide for themselves how many sessions they need, as they go along. We work from the premise that everyone is different and that what works for one person may not work for another - including the number of sessions you need and how often. And we believe it's important to people to (begin to) trust their own decisions rather than relying on the 'expert' who tells them what they need.
On average, people tend to get what they need from between one and four sessions. Even one session can provide a lot of food for thought and generate a lot of actions to take, and the fact that you will have generated the actions yourself, based on your own thought processes and creativity, means you are very likely to do them - and so it may be a while before you are ready to think some more. Some people come for several weeks in a row; others have one session, and don't come back for six months or a year. It is all about you, and it's up to you.
