#DramaFree Christmas Special

An evening of learning about how to create #DramaFree communities - whether you are a parent, a manager or a teacher you will leave with some exciting tools for change in your world.

What's involved?

Are you:

· A manager who’d like their team to spend less time blaming others and more time finding solutions and new ways of working?

· A teacher who’d like to be able to create #DramaFree classrooms?

· A parent who’d like to be able to talk to your children without fearing it will go badly?

· Going through your own internal conflict and looking for resolution?

Caitlin and Marian at their team of associates have spent over 20 years supporting individuals and groups to detect the dramas they’re in or the dramas other people are trying to get them into.

Using the Clean Language questions of David Grove will encourage you to get curious about your dramas, unpack the key pieces, separate evidence from inference, come to understand what is actually happening and your part in it.

From this position of clarity, it’s possible to shift your attention towards what you would like to have happen instead. Once you are out of drama, you’ll probably find you can think and breathe more freely and be more creative.

You can’t always get what you want but you can take actions you are proud of.  You don’t have to be going around the same old dramas day in and day out and wearing out your goodwill and patience.

Frequently asked questions

What is Clean Language?

Clean Language is a simple set of questions developed by counselling psychologist David Grove. These questions are used with a person's own words to direct their attention to some aspect of their own experience. Asking these questions in the right context often results in an interesting new insight or the recognition of some new possibility. And if that new possibility is then questioned using Clean Language, the result can be quite profound. Clean questions invite people to consider their experience from different perspectives and they are often surprised by their own capacity to generate new, powerful and useful ideas about their own experience.
