Encouraging #DramaFree conversations on every continent...
When Penny Tompkins and
James Lawley introduced Caitlin to David Grove, 15 years ago, she had an
epiphany that she needed to bring his work to groups and find ways to get it
into communities to help people better understand one another and reduce
More recently, during a clean modelling / whole body focussing session in Helsinki a vision emerged for Caitlin of the next path she wants to follow. It became clear to her that she wants to set her sights on supporting the clean community to spread the seeds of clean across the world over the next 5 years.
If you are already teaching and using Clean Language we would like to support and signpost your work, developing collaborative relationships to ensure that David’s work reaches as many people as possible across the world – and so we are embarking on what we are calling a ‘World Tour’.
In 2019 we are supporting:
- Svetlana Shapovaliants
and Sabina Kulieva to grow the vibrant clean community they are building in Russia. Clean Interviewing, #DramaFree
conversations, Inner Child Workshops and Systemic Modelling are all part of
their offering this year.
- Tilman Rental and Kersten
Happich to bring Clean Language to Ideolectics students and others in Germany. Marian and Caitlin will be
delivering a Systemic Modelling module
in March, Penny and James will
run an Introduction to Symbolic Modelling in November and Marian and James will
run Clean Space in December.
- Søren Holm and Lena Sobel
to build a clean coaching community in Sweden.
Marian will join them in Stockholm in March for an
Introduction to Clean Coaching and the trio are also in
the process of developing an ICF ACC qualification in Clean Coaching, with a
pilot planned for this autumn.
- Daso Saito and Deshana (Yoriko)
Matsuda to develop the clean community they’ve established in Japan. Marian and Caitlin will be
travelling to Tokyo in July where they’ll be delivering Clean for Teams, an
advanced module in Symbolic Modelling and a #DramaFree workshop.
- Andrea Chiou to develop a
Clean Community centred around Boston in the USA. Marian and Caitlin are visiting Boston in May for the third Systemic
Modelling module there.
- Jacqueline Surin in Malaysia. We’ve had some wonderful
fruitful trips in Malaysia in the past and we’re looking forward to reigniting
the passion for clean when we visit in July.
- Caroline Beloe to bring
Systemic Modelling to ICF coaches from China
- Marian is halfway through delivering
Clean for Teams for them across a series of online modules.
And, back home…
- Rachel Gilmore and Neil
Pavey to build a clean community in Brighton.
Marian will be running Clean for Teams in Brighton
at the end of this month.
Of course, there are other leaders, trainers and practitioners creating all kinds of clean applications that we aren’t yet aware of and through the power of networks we feel sure we can reach even more countries over the next 5 years. We are now planning for 2020 so if you have a Clean Language-based project – or an idea for one – that you’d like to collaborate with us on, please get in touch.
Caitlin will also be sharing her vision with a number of other clean leaders at an informal meeting in Thailand in April, along with an idea of creating a set of guidelines and guardrails to help ensure that trainees’ confidence and competence are as aligned as possible and that trainees make diligent decisions about how they offer, contract and deliver David’s work.Photo by rawpixel.com from Pexels
