Opportunities to Use Your Coaching Skills with Neuro-Diverse Adults

Many people who train with us go on to work as coaches and supervisors for Genius Within, a company that specialises in work-based solutions for adults with neuro-differences. Genius Within coaches work with people with neuro-diverse conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), Acquired Brain Injury and chronic neurological conditions, empowering them to create and implement strategies that will enable them to achieve their potential.

Genius Within prefers to work with coaches who are trained in Clean Language because this leads to the development of client-led ideas, rather than telling people what might work for them.  It is about enabling clients to become aware of the patterns and processes within their thinking and behaviour and, armed with this information, to consider what they can do differently.

Genius Within is currently looking for new coaches based in these areas:

  • Dublin
  • Thetford / Norwich / Kings Lynn
  • Ashford / Canterbury
  • Newbury / Andover / Basingstoke
  • Dundee / Aberdeen
For these roles, an ability to empower others is more important than a knowledge of neuro-difference. When recruiting new coaches, Genius Within looks for at least one of the following:

Genius Within offers support for self-development, supervision and CPD events to enable coaches to be at their best.
