Expand Your Experience With New Co-Coaching Opportunity

Natalie Clarke

In this post I interview Natalie Clarke who is introducing a new way for Clean Coaches to receive personal development and be coached cleanly through the use of a Clean Language co-coaching circle.

Natalie, what is your background?

I started out as a photography teacher and I now run my own coaching business called Inner Coaching, which combines coaching with my love of photography and uses Symbolic Modelling as a core tool.

I am an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a Certified Clean Facilitator and an Associate Executive coach accredited by the AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching). I trained in Clean Language in 2015, have attended Adventures in Clean and have had 1:1 coaching with Marian Way. I see Clean Coaching as a creative approach that helps people get to an authentic solution in a way that is right for them.

How has this Co-Coaching idea come about?

I believe that no one should be denied access to the support they need to transform themselves and I really wanted to contribute something to the Clean Community. Last year I had a really positive experience participating in co-coaching rounds with ReciproCoach as a way of accessing affordable coaching for myself.

I saw an opportunity with the technology and international reach of ReciproCoach to offer professional peer-to-peer Clean Language coaching facilitation that can be easily accessed by an online Clean Language community at a very reasonable price. It’s also a great chance to get feedback in a safe environment from another coach that also has the same level of knowledge as you.

How does it work?

The approach involves coaching the same person over 6 sessions and in turn you will receive 6 sessions of coaching from someone else who is also practicing their coaching.

It’s a 50/50 between receiving coaching cleanly whilst getting to help someone else out. People can see it as a ‘practice place’ but personally I see it as a personal and professional development opportunity.

What does it cost?

The 6 sessions will cost £45.

What are the benefits?

You will:

Receive 6 Clean Coaching sessions from another Clean Facilitator in return for giving the same.

You will

  • Meet Clean Language coaches from around the world

  • Expand your experience and grow in confidence
  • Be able to build your paid hours coaching log, especially useful if you are working towards ICF or AoEC certification
  • Become a part of the wider ReciproCoach community

What do I need to do next?

You need to pre-register on Natalie’s website, Inner Coaching, by March 31st.

You will receive full registration details and the £45 will be requested at this point. You will then be able to see who else has registered for co-coaching rounds and can state your preferences e.g. who you might like to work with, preferred time zone etc. Using this information, ReciproCoach will then match each participant with a client and a separate facilitator. Sessions will be arranged independently and ReciproCoach will monitor the whole process.
