#3 Access Your Genius Within

In this, our 3rd edition of the Clean Ambassadors podcast, I interview Nancy Doyle, a chartered psychologist who has just launched a new service for people with dyslexia. Called 'Genius Within' it offers a range of services, from a free web-based test that lets you see whether you have dyslexic tendencies, up to a full assessment process with coaching to help you work out what works for you in the workplace. On the Genius Within website, there are also training videos, forums and other tools, and during the podcast Nancy explains how Clean Language has informed her work and how she utilises it in the videos and in the coaching.

She describes how she worked with a woman whose metaphor for dyslexia was that it was like a dam, and talks about how she used Clean Language to model a senior civil servant's time-line and to help him to discover new strategies for managing time.

Finally, Nancy talks about what to do if you think you have dyslexia, as well as what to do if you are interested in becoming a dyslexia coach.
