Nicola Waterworth
Nicola is a trained coach and facilitator, working within the public and voluntary sector to initiate and develop systems change in social policy and practice. Nicola is passionate about engaging everyone within a system in creating knowledge about their relationships with self, others and their environment to deliver meaningful and purposeful change.
With a background working in local authority partnerships for children's services, Nicola is currently working at the Centre for Ageing Better to create change for those at risk of missing out on enjoying later lives. Nicola uses Clean Language and Systemic Modelling inside her organisational work and continues to coach and facilitate independently, particularly working with women creating change for their communities as entrepreneurs and within politics.
